dubstep – jungle – acid – dnb – rave madness!!!

Milanese
Extend, Milanese's first full length album (released in September last year on Planet-Mu), dropped amongst fans of grime and dubstep styles like a asteroid from the far reaches of the sonic universe. Championed by Mary-Ann Hobbs and featured on her Warrior Dubz compilation alongside the likes of The Bug and dubstep pioneers Loefah and Digital Mystikz, there is no denying the excitement surrounding this new UK style. Yet musically it only loosely fits the format of these genres, melting hard edged industrial techno percussion with sinister rave basslines, and the sort of deliberately haunting b-movie samples that usually pervade dark drum'n'bass tracks. Snare drums stretch and dissipate into white noise while searing basslines collide viciously with the heavily disfigured vocals of the Virus Syndiate, resulting in a sound which can only be called his own. While it might be his first album, Extend is certainly not his first release. The world first heard Milanese in 2004 through a release on dance-oriented Warp subsidury Arcola, leading to the mini-album 1 up later in the year, leaving a substantial dent in the electronic music world. Having had his busiest year yet in '06, this year shows no signs of a reprieve. Milanese has gained a reputation for his floor destroying live sets, putting him on festival and promoters 'most wanted' lists far and wide. Latest news: A follow up to Extend is set to hit the shelves later in the year through Planet-Mu entitled Adapt, appropriately featuring top notch adaptions from the likes of Clark and Distance alongside some awesome new material. Hold on to your face!

Ceephax Acid Crew
Ceephax Acid Crew is the revered moniker of Andy Jenkinson, younger brother of the all mighty Squarepusher. A massive talent encompassing an old school acid sensibility crossed with the energy and innovation of Rephlex's "Universal Indicator" series, plus a melodic and moody experimental side that is revealed in his mellower moments. A true original. He is currently releasing music on Aphex Twin's 'Rephlex' label, along with other respected labels like Planet Mu, Bug Klinik, Firstcask and Breakin Andy travelled all over the world with his unique setup of vintage hardware, raving up the masses into an acid frenzy that delights with a nostalgic edge and a total dedication to the dancefloor.

X&trick
Running a label, setting up shows and touring, touring, touring ... this all seems to be X&tricks everyday life. Born and raised in some small town near the Belgian coast, X&trick started dj'ing and organising parties in the later nineties. A few years later he started his own label / party org called 'Bug Klinik', which is currently releasing music by worldwide artists and setting up shows and raves all over Europe which sometimes get over 1000 visitors. X&trick became a constant force when it comes to bringing highly respected artists along with new talents over to Belgium and Europe.
That kid loves music and loves to make the girls go wild. His live and dj sets cover a wide range of styles like IDM, Breakcore, Jungle and Dnb. Known for his busy tour shedule, X&trick played hundreds of dates all over the world, boosting up the dancefloor at some of the most respected clubs, raves and festivals like Bangface (London), Elevate (Graz), Milk (Japan), Nuits Sonores (Lyon), Overkill (London), BGMW (Belgium), Fri-son (Swiss), Dark*Est (Romania) Sai Festival (Ireland)...to name just a few.. He releases worldwide on labels like Bug Klinik (B), Suburban Trash (DE), Terminal Dusk (USA), Bee (F), Puzzling (B),... and has allready started to write new material, so you better keep your eyes open. The story has just begun......

Greyone
Greyone an up and coming Belgium drumnbass producer, started producing in 2004 at the age of 17. His tracks are hard & fast with loads of effects , with a big amount of basskicks and sharp reeses that pierce trough your ears. The intension of his production is to shock people and to spread out the sickness of future Darkstep. In 2006 he got signed by Witness Records . Not much later greyone caught the eye of some more labels. In the summer of 2006 he signed into Nightmare Recordings and Mindsaw Recordings . In 2007 greyone starts dropping his bombs on Livesets , plays next to big producers and signed into "Bug Klinik Records" from Belgium ! Now he's focusing on further sick production and Liveset performance . With a fast learning skill and hughe improvement of his tracks Greyone is getting one of future's most wanted !

Wolloff

K-os aka Arne Debruyne was always interested in a lot of music. Anything thrilling got his attention. After a few years of partying in Belgium, K-os joined the Peacefull Species collective, mainly known as promoters/organisers of quality electronic music events. Back then K-os also started buying vinyl & decks and dj-ed techno, bleepy/acid & hardtek. Being advised/influenced by friends like X&Trick & the Cyclone shop, he soon developed a great interest for more experimental music, including Jungle, Breakcore and IDM(?). He became a serious vinyl collector, digging a large variety of genres/artists. Labels like Rephlex, Warp, Planet-Mu, Skam, Schematic, Hymen () meant a lot to him because of their diversity, eclectism and high standards. Having played at a lot of parties and known for his surprisingly mature sets, K-os has become an experienced DJ who fits easily in any line-up. Some time ago, K-os also joined AppAratus and - together with Yeti has been brewing some interesting plans for the (near) future. He also played several partys outside Belgium (Ireland, U.K, Suisse, Holland). In 2006 he has been asked to join the bugklinik sound collective. "Music has changed my life" he says, "When I'm mixing, I'm the happiest specie on this world. I never get bored.

naritia
