Radikal Dub Kolektiv are a high energy live performance band with a d.i.y. background playing upbeat dub music. Founded in 2002 they are internationally known as a tight playing band soaking up influences from roots/dub to trance and ambient and giving each elements the right treatment via effect and sample-loaded live dub mixing. 2007 saw two releases on the Universal Egg label run by UK dub pioneers Zion Train – the 10" 'A Brighter Future feat. Lua', followed by the 'Bass Matters' album which even got nominated as the best international released album on Porin 2008. So far RDK played 5 tours abroad and we're happy to present you RDK's first stop of their 6th european tour in Graz.
Cyrus from Random Trio began his DJ career back in 1998 as a UK Garage DJ and has been one of the early pioneering DJs/producers of the sound we now call Dubstep. Various pirate radio shows followed along with more bookings. By 2003 Cyrus had made a batch of tunes and brought out his 1st release on his imprint RTP. This was 'The Lost City EP'. With the successful debut album "From The Shadows" on Pinch's Tectonic label and being featured in a block buster movie and soundtrack, Cyrus has gone from strength to strength. Regulary found playing all over the world and with guest sets on the uks biggest radio stations Kiss and Radio 1.
Debuting with his Soon EP on Graz Houseverbot imprint in 2005, Simon/off has been constantly evolving his unique sound, heavily influenced by Dubstep, IDM and related genres of electronic dance music. His current productions are getting DJ support from the likes of Distance and Bunzer0, and his intoxicating live shows and dj sets have already fascinated audiences in various cities such as London, Berlin, Vienna and last but not least his homebase Graz.

Klute
The musical career of Tom Withers began way before the sounds of drum and bass or even hardcore had first emerged. He fronted a succesfull skate punk outfit The Stupids during the late 1980s, before venturing into electronic music and starting his own solo career.
From acid house and techno he made a natural progression into rave and then hardcore before playing his first gigs as a drum and bass DJ around 1996. His rebel roots and punk attitude created Klute’s trademark: an ability to combine a multitude of influences in his music, from techno to thrash to dub.
Klute’s early forays into jungle brought several outings on the seminal Certificate 18 label and a relationship grew that resulted in the release of his first artist album, in 1998. Klute went on to release a further album on Certificate 18 in 2000, before he set up his own imprint.
Klute kicked off Commercial Suicide with the genre-defying classic “Tranceformat” in 2001 and set the tone for the label that has since come to be held in the highest regard. Releases from the likes of Calibre, Digital, Spirit, Hive and Juju, and later SKC and Amit, raised the label’s profile and helped build a reputation for varied output across the specturm of drum and bass, testing both musical boundaries and the dancefloor.
Mixing heart-stopping melodies with relentless beats, Klute has developed a sound that is very much his own and one that appeals to a broad audience. His latest LP, “The Emperor’s New Clothes”, gives the fullest representation of his sound yet, however, taking the listener through a spectrum of styles.
Equally when playing, Klute always brings a fresh and varied selection with the same high energy levels as his productions are known for. So far this year he’s played gigs all over the UK and Europe as well as tours in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia to include Japan, Korea, China, and even Vladivostok and has shown no signs of stopping yet.
Mary Anne Hobbs
Radio 1 firebrand at the helm of the pioneering Experimental electronic show (formerly known as the Breezeblock), Mary Anne is pushing next generation dubstep, grime, drum&bass, hip-hop, techno, dark dancefloor and radical electronic flavaz in every form. Just a handful of guests you'll have found mixing and in session on the show include The Beastie Boys, Bjork, Burial, Squarepusher, Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos, Amon Tobin, Jeff Mills, Trentmoller, Rhythm& Sound, Santogold, Justice, Kano, Radiohead, Metallica, Photek, Mike Patton, Autechre, besides of course all the leading dubstep artists. Her 'Dubstep Warz' show for Radio1 in January 2006 is widely regarded as the show that broke the dubstep sound globally, and she followed this in August 2008 with the 'Generation Bass' special curated at her invitation by the original Dubstep Warz DJs. Mary Anne released a definitive underground compilation album in June 2008 'Evangeline' on the Planet Mu label, following her notorious debut for the label 'Warrior Dubz' in October 2006. This year Mary Anne curated for the 2nd time stage at Sonar Festival, following the historic UK Dubstep Showcase at Sonar Festival in 2007, taking the sound out of small humid clubs for the very first time and onto an international festival stage. Before coming to BBC Radio 1 in 1997, Mary Anne was writing for Sounds, NME and Loaded, and was working for BBC GLR and XFM. Working for BBC Radio 1, Mary Anne hosted shows from all the major award ceremonies: Q, NME, Brits, Kerrang, Mercury Music Prize… and made documentaries about artists as diverse as David Bowie, Slipknot and The Sex Pistols. She founded and fronted the award-winning Radio 1 Rock Show for five years, fronted 27 hours of live coverage at Glastonbury Festival for the BBC, and much more...
Zomby
Zomby comes from nowhere and is already dead.
Enigmatic UK producer, Zomby makes rave music, but often cramming everything from rave, grime, crunk and dubstep to garage, jackin' house, Nintendo and bassline into whatever space he can, and without compromising the songs as a whole.
Zomby's demo tracks were played by Mary Anne Hobbs on Radio One's Breezeblock and then quickly gathered support from DJ's such as Kode 9, Skream, Erol Alkan, Laurent Garnier, Tayo, Diplo, Modeselektor, Matt Shadetek, and many more.
Zomby released several 12” singles, before he released his debut full-length “Where Were U In '92?”, out on Werk Records.
Zomby´s music can be heard broadcasted worldwide on radio stations pirate and legal such as
Rinse FM, Kiss FM, Radio 1, 1XTRA, React FM, Freeze FM, Sub FM and many more, as well as at clubs and raves worldwide.
Zomby is Contributing Music Editor at SUPERSUPER Magazine (London) and also contributes to MAD DECENT Blogspot. www.maddecent.com/blog/
December will see him release a new EP for Hyperdub, home to Burial and Kode9.

big MAMA presents:
Squarepusher live [Warp, Rephlex / UK]
Am 27. Oktober 2008 erscheint das neue Album 'Just a Souvenier' des Electronic Pioniers Tom Jenkinson alias Squarepusher.
Tom "Squarepusher" Jenkinson makes manic, schizoid experimental drum'n'bass with a heavy progressive jazz influence and a lean toward pushing the clichés of the genre out the proverbial window. Rising from near-total obscurity to drum'n'bass cause célèbre in the space of a couple of months, Jenkinson released only a pair of EPs and a DJ Food remix for the latter's Refried Food series before securing EP and LP release plans with three different labels. His first full-length work, Feed Me Weird Things (on Richard "Aphex Twin" James' Rephlex label), was a dizzying, quixotic blend of superfast jungle breaks with Aphex-style synth textures, goofy, offbeat melodies, and instrumental arrangments (Jenkinson samples his own playing for his tracks) that recall vaguely jazz fusion pioneers such as Mahavishnu Orchestra and Weather Report. A skilled bassist and multi-instrumentalist, Jenkinson's fretless accompaniment is a staple of his music and one of the more obvious affiliations with jazz (although his formal arrangements are often as jazz-derived as his playing).
Jenkinson grew up listening to jazz and dub greats like Miles Davis, Augustus Pablo, Charlie Parker, and Art Blakey. The son of a jazz drummer, Jenkinson followed in his father's footsteps, playing bass and drums in high school. Introduced to electronic music through experimental electro-techno artists such as LFO and Carl Craig, Jenkinson soon began assembling the rolls of disparate influence into amalgams of breakbeat techno and post-bop avant-garde and progressive jazz. Claiming a closer affinity with jazz than jungle (although he draws from both equally in his music), Jenkinson's EPs as Squarepusher and the Duke of Harringay (Jenkinson moved to Harringay from his Chelmsford birthplace) were initially disregarded as misplaced perversions of jungle's more obvious compositional principles, but found ready audience in fans of post-acid house experimental listening music. He inked a deal with Warp in 1995, releasing the Port Rhombus EP and three others through a variety of different labels. His full-length debut, Feed Me Weird Things, appeared in 1996, followed a year later by Hard Normal Daddy.
Critical acclaim for Jenkinson's work peaked with 1998's Music Is Rotted One Note, for which he became a one-man fusion group -- multi-tracking himself playing drums, bass, and keyboards. The following year, he released two EPs (Budakhan Mindphone, Maximum Priest) and another full LP, Selection Sixteen. Go Plastic appeared in summer 2001, featuring the closest thing to a hit Squarepusher had ever seen, with the single "My Red Hot Car." Subsequent releases such as 2003's Do You Know Squarepusher and 2004's Ultravisitor found him refining his fusion of composition, programming, and musicianship, characteristics that were also heard on 2006's Hello Everything and 2008's Just a Souvenir.

& Support: Bochum Welt live [Rephlex / IT]
Italian electro/techno composer Gianluigi Di Costanzo is the name behind the Milan-based Bochum Welt, whose smattering of atmospheric acid and electro releases have been quick in establishing him as an artist at the edge of post-rave experimental electronica. Inspired by the '70s Dusseldorf scene through such figures as Ralf Hutter and Florian Schneider (both of Kraftwerk), as well as artists such as Brian Eno and Ryuichi Sakamoto, Di Costanzo released his first work as Bochum Welt on the Italian Trance Communications label starting in 1994, at the age of 21. Focusing mostly on acid and more typical floorbang techno, Di Costanzo worked as often on atmospheric electro and ambient, little of which saw release until many years later (most notably on the Phial EP). Though Italy is hardly a stronghold of techno experimentation, Di Costanzo's early Trance twelves, as well as a collaboration with labelmates Zenith attracted the attention of Aphex Twin Richard James, whose Rephlex imprint reissued several tracks from the Bochum Welt back-catalog as the Scharlach Eingang EP in 1995. Di Costanzo followed up his Rephlex debut the following year with a full-length for the label, Module 2; Desktop Robotics followed in 1997, trailed two years later by Martians and Spaceships. He has also released material through his own label, Kromode, and the Swiss Axodya label.

Since the late 90s Qwerty has released several albums of experimental electronic music as both Qwerty and Spleen on Phthalo (LA), Piehead (Toronto), Kitchen Sink (NY) and Egoboo.Bits (ZG/HR). The Concrete Acid EP for Glasgows Rottenrow released in 2006 was his first vinyl release and featured 4 concrete-solid electro acid-influenced tracks, both dancefloor honed and jittery percussive. 'Concrete Acid' reached top 20 electro bestsellers on Boomkat and top 10 Warpmart recommendations, and was presented on the popular Breezeblock show (BBC Radio 1). One of the radio shows which featured Qwertys DJ mixes in more than 20 countries worldwide was the legendary Solid Steel show (Cold Cut/Ninja Tune).

Leon Switch
Since establishing a production partnership in 1999, Leon Switch & Kryptic Minds have witnessed phenomenal success with every release, and continue to go from strength to strength, ameliorating with every release. Their co-owned labels: Defcom Records & Osiris Music UK is a prominent and much revered institution in the drum & bass scene. Record sales on tracks: 'Take the pain away' and 'No Escape' were sky high and both helped to set a high president which other labels found hard to follow. Simon & Leon extended their collaborative arms further than Defcom Records, crafting a number of both original and remix tracks to be released on a variety of imprints: Penetration, Renegade Hardware, Metalheadz, Tech Freak, Freak Recordings Liftin' Spirits to name a few. It seemed the name: Leon Switch & Kryptic Minds was everywhere.
2007 saw the release of their highly anticipated 'Lost All Faith' Album' hailed by meny as DnB Album of 2007. Here they showcase their diverse talent crossing over into other genres, such as Orchestral and Down Tempo.
Simon & Leon are currently working on their second album due for release in 2008. They also have many 12" single releases lined up for both Defcom Recrds & Osiris Music UK.
DJ Hidden
Coming from a small city in the Netherlands, it did not seem as though there were many people around doing the same stuff like DJ Hidden. Mutual friends kept hinting about "this other guy that does stuff with a computer" and eventually DJ Hidden was introduced to Eye-D.
They decided to team up and in 1996. first Outside Agency and the first (and last) X-Factor hardcore records made their way to stores and both records became "underground hits".
Releasing records provided a welcome boost in the amount of bookings for DJ Hidden. Besides playing vinyl, The Outside Agency even decided to do some live shows which were edited into a videoclip that was aired multiple times on national television.
In the late nineties, the initial glory days of the darker side of hardcore/gabber came to an end. Drum N Bass, breakbeat and IDM became more appealing and, while DJ Hidden kept producing and releasing hardcore, he now also started to experiment with these "different takes" on electronic music.
In 2003 Genosha Recordings was born and ever since, the duo (along with various highly talented producers from all over the world) has been using the label as an output for their unique blend of industrial hardcore mixed with drum n bass and idm elements.
DJ Hidden made a track record of over 90 releases including lots of vinyl 12" singles and two full-length CD albums, not counting a large number of compilations featuring licensed tracks.
New plans include projects such as DJ Hidden (drum n bass/breakcore/IDM), Semiomime (IDM, experimental) and of course The Outside Agency (hardcore); all exploring and expanding a soundtrack of thoughts and emotions by combining elements that are dark, cinematic, atmospheric, melodic, and percussive.

2007 entdeckte ihn die BBC Radio 1 DJane Mary-Anne Hobbs und beschrieb ihn als "one of the most inspired and agile lyricists in the world today"

big MAMA, Wire Globe, Wide Open Eyes Shut & Feinkost Royal praesentieren:
LIARS [Mute / USA]
The Scarabeusdream [Wire Globe / A]
Der Alte [Feinkost Royal / A] zvonko [disko404, elevate / A]
Liars Diskographie:
> They Threw Us All In A Trench And Stuck A Monument On Top (2001)
> Atheists, Reconsider [Split EP mit Oneida] (2002)
> Fins To Make Us More Fish-Like [EP] (2002)

Knifehandchop
Billy Pollard became known as Knifehandchop after releasing his first album at age 18. He has been consistently producing fresh, new music ever since, and you can always count on each release sounding different than the previous one.
His style blends elements of electro, hip-hop, house, techno, booty, and dancehall reggae to produce songs that either fit into one of these genres, or blend them together to create something unclassifiable and uniquely his own.
Early in his musical career, Knifehandchop released a string of popular and illegal 7Ó records and CDs for British record label ÔIrritant RecordsÕ. These records used un-cleared samples scattered over huge beats, which resulted in loads of mainstream magazine attention, being covered by Mixmag, Muzik, URB, XLR8R, Vice Magazine and more.
Since that point, he has becoming a longtime staple of kid606's Oakland-based Tigerbeat6 records, releasing his two most recent albums through them.
In 2003 Knifehandchop recorded a live session for the late John Peel for his immensely influential radio show on BBC Radio 1. Mary Anne Hobbes of the Radio 1 Breezeblock show is also a huge supporter of Knifehandchop, and a session was recorded for her show in 2004. These radio sets were recorded during extensive tours of Europe, America and Japan that included huge festivals or dirty raves, depending on the occasion.
After ÔHow I Left YouÕ was released, Knifehandchop changed his focus from releasing full-length albums to making singles and 12Ó records featuring a new sound that is tailored to the dance floor. His first production in this regard was the much-hyped booty anthem ÔDirty New YorkÕ on Tigerbeat6. Modeselektor and Knifehandchop have also teamed up for a split release on Shockout records called ÔWeed Wid Da MackaÕ which features vocals by famed Jamaican dancehall star Ninjaman. This was followed by a huge electro remix by Knifehandchop of the smash UK single ÒThou Shalt Always KillÓ by Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip on Lex Records.
While recording these new techno-dance records, Knifehandchop has also been throwing a series of successful over the top parties in Toronto called Math Hooker.
DuranDuranDuran
Duran Duran Duran is a breakcore band consisting of Ed Flis, Michael Chaiken, and Tony Gabor. Philadelphia-based Ed Flis is the main working member and does most live shows by himself.
Like most breakcore Duran Duran Duran's music is reminiscent of the rave music of the early 1990's. However, Ed Flis admits to not being heavily influenced by the rave scene himself. Evident in both his music and his performance persona, four of his defining characteristics are heavy metal, illegal drugs, hip-hop and pornography, especially homosexual pornography. Flis often performs in a Rainbow Brite outfit with clothe pins attached to his genitalia, claiming that this inspires him to "rave harder and longer."
Duran Duran Duran's music is more a reaction to the IDM's staleness than a direct continuation of early rave. As he puts it: "Rave is cheap, tossed-off, drug-damaged and rocking. IDM is pretentious, boring and not fun.
In January 2005, Duran Duran Duran's full album "Very Pleasure" was the first release of Jason Forrest's Cock Rock Disco label. The album takes from hip-hop, rock and ragga and samples from 80s hits like Ace of Base, but also metal like Slayer. With a painting of two naked men frolicking in a field on the cover and song titles like "Manrammer", the album reflects Ed Flis' pseudo gay propaganda, intended to shock a more mainstream audience.

BunZer0has been djing for more than 15 years and is one of the most respected personalities in the dubstep-scene. He has been earning this reputation in countless sets with big names like e.g. Pinch, Amon Tobin, Kode9 or Skream as well with his own FOB show on SubFM, which got voted for 2nd best radioshow on dubstepforum.com in 2007. His selections feature lots of unreleased tunes and also flirt with other bassline oriented styles at the 140bpm range.
Since 2005 Ekaros has been on the buttons. With releases on labels like Black Hoe and Combat Recordings or his Tranquera mix he gained a lot of recognition in the international Dubstep scene. His unique style which is as deep as it is dark was often described as an atmospheric horrortrip.

Noisia
The DJ Producer
Active since 1990, Luke DJ'd at the majority of early large scale raves in UK including Universe, Dreamscape, Helter Skelter, Rezerection, Pandemonium. From these early outings, he gained recognition and reputation and since then has been DJing round the globe solidly for the last 15 years and appearing at events such as Breakcore gives me wood, Thunderdome, Bangface and Glade Festival. His passion for high powered, super precise, rapid beat mixing stems from his early passions of electro and hip hop. Recording since 1994, Luke has released on labels worldwide including Rebelscum, Social parasite, Deathchant and Planet Mu. In the last couple of years his releases and remixes appeared on The Third movement, Epiteth records and Killing sheep, to name a few.

Kode9
is one of the dubstep scene's leading lights. His label, powers as a tastemaker and his DJ sets have won him acclaim all over the world in recent years. He has followed the freshest wave of the hyperdub virus into the 21st century, a mutating sound, as much influenced by Jamaican dub and dancehall, Berlin's dub techno/microhouse as London's jungle, drum'n'bass and uk garage scenes. He is currently pushing a distinctly South London sound, playing a mixture of dancehall influenced bass heavy post-garage, variously known as dubstep, and grime. Today he is leading dubstep dj (check the acclaimed Dubstep Allstars mix series released on Tempa and http://kode9.blogspot.com/2007/05/mix-for-sonar-festival.html) and among the most unique sounding and interesting producers. Kode9 is an oldschool dj with a polished mixing technique and he knows exactly how the scene is moving; he controls the different trends and he's alert about its current possibilities and its future prospects. While he plays nothing but the newest upfront dubs, Kode's also been DJing longer than some youngers have been alive, following the sound through from old school to jungle, 2step to today. Widely recognized as the most creative producer in the genre, and the head of it's most respected label, Kode9 is the axis upon which much of Dubstep has turned. His dubstep, condensed in the glacial "Memories of the future", compresses a thousand and one ideas attached to science fiction ideology, evokes a dubious and slightly esoteric tomorrow, like if space-time continuity could be altered any minute.
He is also the founder of the pioneering dubstep label Hyperdub, releasing artist such as Burial, Warrior Queen and The Bug among others. He has released tracks on Aphex Twin's Rephlex label, pioneering dubstep label Tempa, Domino, Souljazz, Planet Mu and his own Hyperdub imprint and has recently remixed artist such as the Junior Boys, Badawi and Dabrye feat. MF Doom. In 2006 he mixed the Dubstep Allstars Vol.3 CD compilation on Tempa records with vocalist Spaceape and released their debut album, 'Memories of the Future'. His track "Backward" was used on the official soundtrack from Alfonso Cuarn's masterpiece "Children of men". He has been a resident at ÒForwardÓ,dubstep's founding club night, since its inception, and his dj sets have helped spread the South London sound internationally from Australia to America. Steve Goodman is a lecturer in Media Production and he runs the MA Sonic Culture at the University of East London. Currently he is writing a book entitled 'Sonic Warfare' on the intersection between war and sonic culture.

Shitmat
The King of Mashcore returns for yet another journey through the sound of mashed up gabba rave hardcore, Shitmat style... As the name suggests, his new album ãGrooveriderÒ is highly influenced by the uk rave scene and sees Shitmat move to a more serious, hard jungle sound with less random samples (although Tina Turner, Britney Spears, and The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe still manage to ma an appearance). Another classically rungleclotted, ass kicking selection to follow up the 9000+ selling Full English Breakfest, Grooverider is set to destroy dancefloors worldwide and is a must for the discerning breakcore connoisseur.
Elemental
North London based producer Elemental started dabbling with production in 1994 with a Roland D5 and Atari ST at school. He later invested in an Akai S2000 sampler and a PC, the rest as they say, is history. In the nineties he predominantly focused on DnB and experimental Electronic music. At 18 he put out his first DnB release off his own back, and was also one half of Breakbeat duo 'Elemental + 3D', releasing several tracks on their own label 'Runtime Recordings' in 2002. But it was when he found the darker, bass heavy garage sound that his attention was drawn towards the early incarnation of Dubstep, upon hearing the likes of Search & Destroy on Rinse FM, he found the sound he had been looking for, dark, heavy syncopated beats and bass. Since finding Dubstep, Elemental has been focused on bringing his unique sound to the masses, undeniably hard yet dubbed out, dirty bass and hypnotising rhythms. He has had many releases from Destructive, Hotflush, Pitch Black and Halo Beats, and more recently, his seminal track 'Soulfire' featured on Tayo's Fabric mix cd. Elemental also DJ's, and was officially the first person to do a Dubstep 'Live' gig, using Ableton Live on a laptop, mixing up tracks and components of his productions to rapturous audiences across the world, no set is ever the same twice.
'ZILLA' / King Cannibal
Zilla's work on his own brand of super-evolved mixes attracted attention from all corners leading to performances on the Solid steel radio show, the honour of being the first unsigned act to play at Strictly Kev & D.Ks Solid Steel clubnight, 4 sets with Buddy Peace at Dedbeat 04 in the course of one weekend and a number of European dates. Warp Records stepped in and invited Buddy Peace & ZILLA to compile a retrospective of the label, released late September 2004 as part of the 'WARP VISION The Videos' DVD.
The Warp Vision Audio Visual / Resfest Tour followed, as well as invitations to play at Glade Festival, Trash, The Warp Summer Ball and The Poke Xmas Rave. Invitations to remix started multiplying as ÔZILLAÕ perfected his twisted industrial take on dancehall, dubstep & drum n bass, and in late 2006 he was asked to produce an EP for kid606's Shockout label. Recieving massive support from Amon Tobin (Ninja Tune), Combat Recordings and Rag And Bone Records, the EP quickly became two, both of which are due for release in 2008 under 'ZILLA's brand new new alias KING CANNIBAL, alongside other releases including work for Combat Recordings.

Syntheme
Lou (Syntheme) is a 22 year old dance / electronic music producer, born in Scotland and living in Brighton. Her pink laptop driven tracks have a danceable female flair that has brought "Lov3" (WeMe Records) 12" close to selling out.
More recently she has released a well received EP on the legendary Planet Mu records. These days she's working on new material and constantly travelling around with her liveset.
Qwerty
One of the radio shows which featured Qwertys DJ mixes in more than 20 countries worldwide was the legendary Solid Steel show (Cold Cut/Ninja Tune).

dubstep jungle acid dnb rave madness!!!
Milanese
Extend, Milanese's first full length album (released in September last year on Planet-Mu), dropped amongst fans of grime and dubstep styles like a asteroid from the far reaches of the sonic universe. Championed by Mary-Ann Hobbs and featured on her Warrior Dubz compilation alongside the likes of The Bug and dubstep pioneers Loefah and Digital Mystikz, there is no denying the excitement surrounding this new UK style.
Yet musically it only loosely fits the format of these genres, melting hard edged industrial techno percussion with sinister rave basslines, and the sort of deliberately haunting b-movie samples that usually pervade dark drum'n'bass tracks. Snare drums stretch and dissipate into white noise while searing basslines collide viciously with the heavily disfigured vocals of the Virus Syndiate, resulting in a sound which can only be called his own.
While it might be his first album, Extend is certainly not his first release. The world first heard Milanese in 2004 through a release on dance-oriented Warp subsidury Arcola, leading to the mini-album 1 up later in the year, leaving a substantial dent in the electronic music world.
Having had his busiest year yet in '06, this year shows no signs of a reprieve. Milanese has gained a reputation for his floor destroying live sets, putting him on festival and promoters 'most wanted' lists far and wide.
Latest news: A follow up to Extend is set to hit the shelves later in the year through Planet-Mu entitled Adapt, appropriately featuring top notch adaptions from the likes of Clark and Distance alongside some awesome new material. Hold on to your face!
Ceephax Acid Crew
Ceephax Acid Crew is the revered moniker of Andy Jenkinson, younger brother of the all mighty Squarepusher. A massive talent encompassing an old school acid sensibility crossed with the energy and innovation of Rephlex's "Universal Indicator" series, plus a melodic and moody experimental side that is revealed in his mellower moments. A true original.
He is currently releasing music on Aphex Twin's 'Rephlex' label, along with other respected labels like Planet Mu, Bug Klinik, Firstcask and Breakin
Andy travelled all over the world with his unique setup of vintage hardware, raving up the masses into an acid frenzy that delights with a nostalgic edge and a total dedication to the dancefloor.
X&trick
Running a label, setting up shows and touring, touring, touring ... this all seems to be X&tricks everyday life.
Born and raised in some small town near the Belgian coast, X&trick started dj'ing and organising parties in the later nineties.
A few years later he started his own label / party org called 'Bug Klinik', which is currently releasing music by worldwide artists and
setting up shows and raves all over Europe which sometimes get over 1000 visitors. X&trick became a constant force when it comes to bringing highly respected artists along with new talents over to Belgium and Europe.
That kid loves music and loves to make the girls go wild. His live and dj sets cover a wide range of styles like IDM, Breakcore, Jungle and Dnb.
Known for his busy tour shedule, X&trick played hundreds of dates all over the world, boosting up the dancefloor at some of the most respected clubs, raves and festivals like Bangface (London), Elevate (Graz), Milk (Japan), Nuits Sonores (Lyon), Overkill (London), BGMW (Belgium), Fri-son (Swiss), Dark*Est (Romania) Sai Festival (Ireland)...to name just a few..
He releases worldwide on labels like Bug Klinik (B), Suburban Trash (DE), Terminal Dusk (USA), Bee (F), Puzzling (B),...
and has allready started to write new material, so you better keep your eyes open. The story has just begun......
Greyone
Greyone an up and coming Belgium drumnbass producer, started producing in 2004 at the age of 17. His tracks are hard & fast with loads of effects , with a big amount of basskicks and sharp reeses that pierce trough your ears.
The intension of his production is to shock people and to spread out the sickness of future Darkstep. In 2006 he got signed by Witness Records . Not much later greyone caught the eye of some more labels. In the summer of 2006 he signed into Nightmare Recordings and Mindsaw Recordings .
In 2007 greyone starts dropping his bombs on Livesets , plays next to big producers and signed into "Bug Klinik Records" from Belgium !
Now he's focusing on further sick production and Liveset performance . With a fast learning skill and hughe improvement of his tracks Greyone is getting one of future's most wanted !
Wolloff
K-os aka Arne Debruyne was always interested in a lot of music. Anything thrilling got his attention.
After a few years of partying in Belgium, K-os joined the Peacefull Species collective, mainly known as promoters/organisers of quality electronic music events. Back then K-os also started buying vinyl & decks and dj-ed techno, bleepy/acid & hardtek.
Being advised/influenced by friends like X&Trick & the Cyclone shop, he soon developed a great interest for more experimental music, including Jungle, Breakcore and IDM(?). He became a serious vinyl collector, digging a large variety of genres/artists. Labels like Rephlex, Warp, Planet-Mu, Skam, Schematic, Hymen () meant a lot to him because of their diversity, eclectism and high standards.
Having played at a lot of parties and known for his surprisingly mature sets, K-os has become an experienced DJ who fits easily in any line-up.
Some time ago, K-os also joined AppAratus and - together with Yeti has been brewing some interesting plans for the (near) future.
He also played several partys outside Belgium (Ireland, U.K, Suisse, Holland).
In 2006 he has been asked to join the bugklinik sound collective.
"Music has changed my life" he says, "When I'm mixing, I'm the happiest specie on this world. I never get bored.
naritia

Lifted Music & Anger Management are proud to present two of America's most recognized and respected drum'n'bass artists: Evol Intent [Atlanta, GA, USA] & Ewun [Rochester, NY, USA].
As you all know by now, Evol Intent have been doing their thing successfully for quite some time. They have always proven themselves as gifted, innovative producers in the studio and devastating DJ's on tour. This time behind the decks representing the Atlanta GA, collective is DJ Knick. Expect to hear plenty of the trademark sound they've pioneered as well as brand spanking new material off their forth coming LP on Evol Intent recordings entitled "Era of Diversion".
This is Spor's debut European Tour and it is certainly about time! Ewun has exploded into the dnb spotlight since his first release back in '05, and he hasn't lost any momentum since. He's proven his skill and diversity in the studio with big tunes like "Screw Up" on Lifted Music, "Reality Check" on Human Imprint, and "Phone Tap" on Evol Intent Recs. He's also proven his impeccable dj abilities on his steady stream of stateside dj bookings. Fresh out of the studio, Ewun will be offering some sneak peeks off of his forthcoming EP: "Wun Nation" due out on Evol Intent Recordings in the coming months.
Ewun & Evol Intent have been touring North America for over 2 years both together and separately. They have collaborated on countless musical projects over the years. Many of which have been signed to some of the industries most prestigious labels. It is our pleasure to offer this tour to the European scene to witness for yourselves what has earned them the success and made them the sensations they are today in the global drum'n'bass community. Otto von Schirach
Take Electro Bass Noise, Gore Grind, IDM Glitch, Calliope, Breakcore Gabber Jungle, Gangsta Rap, mix them all together and what you get? Otto Von SchirachÕs Maxipad Detention of course!
